They returned my retainer to the wrong address when one of their lawyers left the firm. They failed to contact me ahead of time and have been non-responsive in regards to returning my funds. Edit - in addition to the above issue of them failing to verify address before sending items, they charge full lawyer rates for basic administrative tasks that someone with a high school diploma is capable of. They completely hose you and will take as much money for as little work as possible.
Roger is the one bringing low ratings to the firm. Don't know how he became a lawyer. No work ethics, don't even know the basic laws about real estate which is his field, like, how many days notice to give to tenant, etc. And didn't do the job I wanted done, but refused to refund any money. Then calls to threaten about a review. Wow. Such a bully. He'd be better off spending his time in studying the laws rather than wasting it in finding out who wrote his reviews
