I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this grill since having it for a few years (although the figment wasn’t exact you couldn’t tell unless you really looked). About 6-7 months ago I DMed on instagram to ask about led replacements as mine had started to go out on one half. I got a response that told me he would hook me up after the holidays and haven’t heard back since. Would gladly make this a 5 star if I could get a little bit of assistance with the lights.
It’s been a year and a half since I have bought my grill and I have been so patient about it but it’s been one after another about why I haven’t got it yet or a refund
You can order from their website, which takes your money, but that’s where the process ends. No communication from the business, no products, nothing. This appears to just be a money siphoning/tax avoidance scheme.
Ordered Aug 26th 2024, paid $463.20. As of 10/24/2024 they haven't responded to my emails or call asking what's the delay. Took my money and disappeared. Filing with State of Fl
