Lorraine and her team were amazing. They did a great job giving my kitchen a refresh. Very professional the results were amazing and her communication is awesome!
Lorraine was very responsive from the first moment until the end of our big project. 5 stars are not enough to describe her willingness to go above and beyond to make us happy. She treated the smallest question with a prompt and helpful reply. We were not at home when her team did our project but they kept us informed. (She even kept in touch while on vacation.) What can I say about Lorraine other than life saver. Had a major flood when kitchen pipes burst. Couldn’t find a single contractor to help me until I found Lorraine. She and her team not only did a great job replacing hardwood floors, carpet and counter tops but she saved my sanity. My contractor for life. Would recommend her to anyone. Update. We just did our second bathroom with DB&C and it’s everything we hoped for. Lorraine and her team are responsive and are amazing at troubleshooting things beyond their control like damage from shipping. Only complaint is that our kids like their new bathroom so much, our water bill is sure to go up!
