Started out good- was there when scheduled, then when we asked for specific dates after a week of being ignored- he became negative... we had our entire yard dig up, he was digging for a pool install and putting in a French drain. We were pretty much at his mercy. He subcontracted, yet didn’t take any responsibility when there was a worker bit on our property( our dog, our fault). The incident escalated and we paid for all cost of injury. We felt dbbrad was unprofessional in the process.
