I had a really disappointing experience with my French gel manicure last year. The young female nail tech was incredibly rude and gave us a lot of attitude from the moment we sat down. She seemed annoyed just to do her job and made us feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she cut us multiple times with the tools, which was not only painful but also unprofessional.
