Doug, the owner, came as a recommendation to install a fireplace with a non-combustible mantle. It took a couple of calls to hear back from Doug but we are so glad we stayed after him. It's hard to imagine anyone having more expertise/experience when it comes to fireplace areas. We had a lot of questions and he shared his history and examples of the "why" things should be done a certain way. Doug Baker with DBA Home Services was a godsend. He handled extensive wall repairs and painting of a very old house. He and his co-workers also fixed gaping holes, repaired a badly damaged bathroom floor, and fixed a broken lock on a door. From the beginning, they were easy to work with: friendly, intelligent, and professional. We were given a fair estimate for every repair. There were no games or problems. I cannot say enough good things about this company!
