Doug repaired our gas fireplace this morning and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable went right to the problem fixed it and done in less than an hour. Definite 5 star job
Excellent service! Lewis was courteous, quick, efficient, and very informative. Resolved the problem with our (not previously well-maintained) 20-year-old gas fireplace. Cleaned the inside components and the glass and also corrected the air/gas mix. Will call DBA/Lewis again for maintenance and highly recommend. Now looking forward to the winter season by our fireplace! Thanks, Lewis!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Lewis who is the owner and master technician of gas fireplaces….I needed a pretty big repair on my gas fireplace last year and he responded immediately and walked me through the entire process…. Needless to say the repair he performed was amazing…. So the other day I tried using the remote igniter and it didn’t work….so I called Lewis and told him what was going on and he walked me through a simple battery replacement….
