Great service call with Lewis from DBA Fireplace! All parts and functions were thoroughly explained before repairs were made. Repairs made same day as service call. On time and efficient. Maintenance recommendations were also made for future care of the fireplace. I would highly recommend DBA fireplace. Louis is a NFI (National fireplace Institute) certified repair person.
DBA Gas fireplace is fantastic. Our technician was very thorough and answered all our questions and then some! I can’t recommend them enough. They truly went the extra mile for us.
Lewis arrived about an hour into my scheduled time frame. I was greatful he was this early. The man is very thorough, to the point of calling the manufacturer of our brand unit. Was cautious to make sure the unit was in code before digging in. A couple hours later our unit was fixed. Several parts were replaced.
