We purchased 2 replacement windows we are very pleased with the quality of the windows ,Ethan & Cameron came on time they were both a credit to this family business ,polite & friendly and very knowledgeable we won’t hesitate to use them again
I called DB Window Care after a large pane of double glazing developed a crack, Howard arrived within a couple of hours and gave me a good quote and suggested what may have caused the crack. I was happy with the quote and also decided to have two panes replaced in another room with frosted glass. The delivery was quoted as 3 weeks and 21 days later Howard and Cam arrived and the 3 panels fitted in an hour. No mess, no fuss and respectful of my property. This family business is wonderful. The team are so lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Our doors and windows were fitted perfectly, with no mess and the guys couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. No work was undertaken that wasn’t necessary, and Howard even suggested new glass instead of a bay window for one job. We will certainly contact them again when we need any more work doing. Highly recommend to anyone.
