Exceptional service! Anh Vu and associates provided prompt, professional service for a challenging shipment I made.
Very unprofessional freight forwarder. Instead of having direct ocean shipping, my shipment was loaded on to Long Beach via vessel, transferred to Florida on train. It not only cost me more, but also incurred significant delay. The service was terrible; the Vietnamese staff made the wrong route and her Director simply did not look into details and became very rude. In a load that usually cost $4k, it cost almost $7k, and it took 3 weeks longer. A shame on such a large company.
