Awesome company. I’m glad they called me. They pay is great and they keep improving on the quality of how drivers are treated.
For an international company operating out of a first world country (NJ, USA), the export service is atrocious. I've received better service from their branches in 3rd world countries. They lack the knowledge & basic export expertise required to function in an industry that is already so constrained. Their nonchalant, don't care attitude is a norm. I did 1 shipment with them and me, sitting in a third world country had to tell them how to do a job that I'm paying them to do. Absolutely disappointing.
You can wait at the door for 1 hour and nobody to come and check you in!!
