EXTREMELY rude credit department, everyone "works" from home so good luck getting that return phone call. If you are not a big customer you will be treated worse than an afterthought. Vendors like this are a dime a dozen, this one is not worth the aggravation. Trust me. I am still waiting for a return call from 5 hours ago....and am looking for replacement vendors while doing so.
