A comprehensive listing of fasteners offered at a fair market price. However, the customer service is awful — After multiple email reminders, I am still waiting for a single fastener cover that was missing from my original order. They sent me seven instead of eight, even though each fastener logically requires two covers.
EXTREMELY rude credit department, everyone "works" from home so good luck getting that return phone call. If you are not a big customer you will be treated worse than an afterthought. Vendors like this are a dime a dozen, this one is not worth the aggravation. Trust me. I am still waiting for a return call from 5 hours ago....and am looking for replacement vendors while doing so.
