I took my 25 hp mercury outboard here, they were quick and professional, kept me informed on the progress very efficient and affordable, full tune up, replaced lower seals and impeller pump, she is all ready to rock for the season woohoo ! Tech skills and knowledge are pretty good at this dealership…..they are well known to be on the high side in terms of pricing. Very poor customer service skills from some….i’m right and you’re wrong attitude! Disappointed!
We took a sled in to get fixed up that hadn’t ran in several years. Got it looked after and tuned up just like we asked for our seven year old. Lots of play in the throttle which was what was asked for. Picked up some new helmets as well. Super pleased with the repair and service while picking our son’s helmet. Highly recommend.
