Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 49 years of life
Just picked up some new 509 gear for an upcoming trip. Awesome store and wonderful folks that run.Highly recommend! A home town favourite for power sports of all kinds.
Drove from Barrie to Markdale for servicing/tune up on our 2 snowmobiles that were running prior to their service. They did not call to inform us when it was done. We had to call them. Then we get them home for both of the snowmobiles not to start. The diagnosis on one was gummed up fuel system. We opened the gas tank to find it broken, then noticed the same amount of fuel in it( half tank). We called and asked how they fixed the gummed up fuel system for them to tell us they “added some fresh gas to dilute it” along with a ... read more
