Was easy to work with and told me everything that he was going to do. Gave me a quote and the bill was a little lower than the quote. Will definitely call him again.
Was looking for someone to replace my water heater in my mobile home. Never provided a quote before the job or asked what the price range was. After I reluctantly paid him what I thought was an exorbitant amount of $2200, he said we would send an invoice. The invoice I was sent was not broken down and itemized. When I asked how much the heater itself cost I never got a response. I suspect he took advantage of the situation knowing that I am selling my house and I am not a very experienced homeowner. BUYER BEWARE!!
Doesn't plan out jobs very well .. Overlapping one another and never finishs on time . Took longer then expected is always the excuse and ends up costing more...
