Dave was able to quickly fix a plumbing leak for us and at the same time help us install a new faucet in our bathtub. We appreciated his helpful recommendations and were thankful to have help so quickly!

Was looking for someone to replace my water heater in my mobile home. Never provided a quote before the job or asked what the price range was. After I reluctantly paid him what I thought was an exorbitant amount of $2200, he said we would send an invoice. The invoice I was sent was not broken down and itemized. When I asked how much the heater itself cost I never got a response. I suspect he took advantage of the situation knowing that I am selling my house and I am not a very experienced homeowner. BUYER BEWARE!!
