We had a water heater go out on us. We called DB and they had a person come out within 1 hour and they diagnosed our old tank. We chose to get a new one and he went out and picked it up before the warehouse closed on a Friday night and he installed it. Our technician, Corbin, did a great job. He was personable and hard working.
