Bought a car from Ben at DB for the first time and the service was excellent, the car itself was in mint condition on the forecourt and pretty much ready to go, Ben was really helpful and let the car sell itself basically, quick turnaround so would highly recommended him, thanks
Awful experiance, had issues with my car from Day one, have been in constant contact regarding the problems, took the car back to review after over a month of pressing and even invesigating the issues myself, returned the car claiming its fine, asked for evidence of the work done or who has looked over it, refusing to provide, made a complaint over email and he is refusing to respond to it, made a complaint with the finance company now and awaiting the reponse, i cant drive my car now, i have a pregnaunt partner and he is dr... read more
I bought a Audi A3 from here in June. The salesman I spoke to - Nathan, was quick and responsive with all questions and made me feel comfortable in knowing I'm dealing with a professional outfit. I bought it at around 3pm and as I wasn't too far away he got it ready and drove it down to me so when I finished work it was sat there on the drive! Really pleased, and any questions you have after the sale isn't ignored as you could expect some companies to do.
Very welcoming and helpful Nathan was happy to help get us a good deal on our car, the cars were pristine and well looked after, great communication throughout to keep us updated on its progress, if your looking for a top notch used car then this is the place to come extremely happy with our purchase would highly recommend.
