I would give 6 stars if I could. I had a minor issue (couldn't find a tripped breaker for outside outlets). Donnie got on the phone and at no charge walked me through how to locate and fix the problem. Nicer, friendlier, more knowledgeable people would be impossible to find. What a gift this company is!!!! I didn't know decent, honest local businesses like this still existed in the corporate world we live in.

I haven't used DBI, but I absolutely will in the future. I had a flat tire on the side of the road, and 3 of their wonderful employees pulled over and helped me change my tire. They were extremely kind and exhibited excellent team work. I was back on the road in no time. If they exhibit this amount of kindness for a stranger on the side of the road, then I know without a doubt the professionalism and kindness they must show their customers.
