Our DB Home Improvement project was to switch out/replace current outdoor patio T11 siding with Hardi board & PVC board trim and also to replace rotted T11 siding.near bottom perimeter of our townhouse. Kevin arrived to discuss our project and to estimate the work that was required. I needed exterior work done on my 1960 Florida style home. Kevin came out to look at the projects. We agreed on the job and the price. Being this was an exterior project rain delayed the job but Kevin always stayed in touch. The work is very nice. I would recommend this company every time. They are professional, courteous, the crew is patient when you have questions, understanding when you make changes and do an amazing job! They redid the entire outside of my house and definately left my home better than they found it! Thank you guys for doing an awesome job!
Dave Brown construction installed two wind rated fiberglass doors. For hurricane protection. The doors are still 100% operational 19 years later. All fiberglass molding. Green pressure treated interior jambs behind finished jambs. As good today 19 years later as the day they were installed. Great for florida hurricane insurance discount. And great for no rot.
