I will definitely be using D&B Climate Care again if the need arises. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, they came out quickly to take care of the issue, the price was fair and the technician took time to speak with me on the phone and explain the issue. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

This is the HVAC Company you want to call! We have been a customer with D&B for a number of years, they almost feel like family. We have been getting regular maintenance done on our Furnace and A/C Unit. We have also called in for Emergency service where an HVAC Tech came right away and solved the issue quickly. Everyone in the office is so friendly and accommodating, the owners are good, honest people. 2020 bought house in Simcoe. D&B Climate sends technician over to make sure fireplace is running and safe. Check! Everything’s working well! Week or so later we realize that the fan and the fireplace are two separate entities, have to bend down on the floor to turn on/off fan to blow heat. Hank comes back, takes the sensor out, doesn’t return. When I inquire, Hank says it can’t be fixed. Yet it was running after the first visit!? The fireplace was running fine yet now it’s toast!?
