After care was shocking. Told me the car had been serviced prior to purchase. Needed evidence a year later which they couldn’t provide. Likely they just bought it from an auction, washed it and turned it over to me. Timing chain snapped on a 4 year old Jaguar 12 months after purchase. Kevin and Duncan Amazing. Myself and husband buy both our vehicles from DB cars for the last 6 plus years and transactions are always 100% wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Watch out.!!! We drove ~2hrs to see a car which was described as good condition only to find a massive scratch across the bonnet. He apologised and said that they would get it fixed but because I wouldn’t sign the finance agreement blind he switched from charmer to aggressive. Big alarm bells in my mind - waste of time.
Having had our previous car stolen we were quite nervous about entering into another transaction. DB Cars Ltd set the bar extremely high across the board for a perfect customer experience.
