I bought a nissan qashqai on 13/9/25 from this company. They told me that log book is in post and will be sent to me on 15/9/25 and 3 months warranty will be sent out via their insurance company as well. Next day,on 14/9/25, I started car in the morning black smoke started coming out. I took it to the local garage and they told me car needs new battery and glow plugs. Brought a car from DB Automotive at the end of August. Dale responded quickly to answer any questions, and got everything sorted for us before we came to view the car, so that we could take it away that day, and even came in on his day off to ensure a smooth transaction. Car has been perfect, thank you!
Highly recommend. Purchased a vehicle from DH Automotive about 4 months unfortunately after a couple of weeks of using the vehicle we had a sensor error appear which required fixing. Again following a further few weeks another sensor issue appeared. At no point did DB Automotive quibble or turn us away even though it was a few weeks since we bought the vehicle.
