Worst Nail Salon in the Brentwood area. No wonder they have poor reviews! Do not go here if you want bad customer service and nails!!
I'm so confused at some of these bad reviews. I've been getting my nails done here for 6+ years, one or twice every month, and they've always been friendly, professional, and clean. Granted, I'm pretty straight forward and just get an acrylic set in a solid color, but I've never had better nails. There are a lot of great techs, but my go-tos are John and Andy.
I absolutely love Vanessa. She always does an amazing job. I had to stop getting my nails done for a while due to my own reasons. Nene does the best pedicure! It is on the expensive side compared to other nail salons I have been to. The environment is clean. Tips must be left in cash! I think I was paying about $90 for a fill with designs and $60 plus for a pedi with gel polish and French.
The customer service here was very very friendly and nice. The atmosphere was clean, had nice soft music playing. Everybody was friendly..We didn't even have an appointment for two pedicures, but they took us right away. Even though they had a lot of clients there they also had a lot of staff so it helped to not have to wait long. We will definitely be back.
