I wanted to like going here sooo bad! However, their customer service and prices are ridiculous! First time I went for gel only, the guy charged me $35. The next time I went, the lady charged me $45! I mentioned that last time the guy only charged me $35 & she right away said, “No! Gel polish starts at $40”. Ok fine, I was obviously still pleased with their job. 🚩 🚩🚩🚩 Save your money and go somewhere else for nails. The guy that did my pedicure cut my toenails crooked and made my side of my toe nail skin red. I literally cried. I didn’t get his name. He ended up walking off after I told him his mistake. He was talking in his language probably talking bad about the situation to his coworkers. I ended up having someone else correct my nails. They over charged me for a pedicure when I stated I only wanted the 35$ pedicure. I had nail polish on my toes and they didn’t even paint them, because I wanted to save money and do it myself at home and when I went to checkout she just swiped my card without even telling me the cost and it was 55$ she stated that I had to pay extra for the scrubbing which is included and that my toes were gel which was not true because she took them off with an alcohol wipe.
