Bad experience, don’t go here. staff is rude & they act like they don’t want to do your hair. They push for you to cancel or reschedule appointments, came in, wasn’t greeted and waited for 10 minutes for receptionist to even acknowledge me. No water or drinks offered, absolutely no customer service. Booked in for a highlight in Fresha and was told they wouldn’t have time to do toner, instead of discussing what my options were in that appointment time they kept pushing for rescheduling, ended up paying for a toner for seventy... read more
I had my eyebrows, upper lip, and forehead threading done by Hamida at Dazzling Hair and Beauty, and I’m so happy with the results. She is very kind, gentle, and professional. I didn’t feel any pain with her way of threading, and she even did my service when the salon was about to close. My eyebrows look perfect, and her caring attitude made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back again and highly recommend Hamida for her excellent service!

I got a haircut from Mehwish Saba. She did an amazing job. Absolutely loved my haircut! The stylist understood exactly what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!
I had a disappointing experience with this salon recently. I booked an appointment for a haircut a day before and specifically requested a particular staff member. After driving half an hour to the salon, I was told upon arrival that the staff member had called in sick the night before. While I understand that staff can fall ill unexpectedly, what was frustrating was that no one informed me in advance.
