Very Disappointed with the Service I had an appointment booked with the owner at 2:30 PM. I was told to come on time and that she would personally attend to me, but unfortunately, she was not available. I waited half an hour to start my hair colouring.I felt misled and extremely disappointed with the experience. On top of that, I was charged $171 for just hair roots colouring, a simple trim, front layers, and one colour tube. This seems highly overpriced and unfair.
