Today Dec. 10, I asked if I could set aside my items I was waiting to be engraved and run an errand then return when (Vicky) I assume, wasn’t quite so busy with engraving she was doing for another customer. All good. She messed up on engraving and used my items to replace it knowing there weren’t anymore. I was just told when I returned shortly I would have to find something else. Turned her back and continued helping someone else. I’ve spent a lot of money in there but not another dime. RUDE
