Jesennia was great! Communication ahead of the appointment was quick, clear and informative. She answered my questions, gave clear directions for where to meet and what to do ahead of the appointment. She did a really nice job on my hair which I fully expected wouldn't hold up, but it did! I was very pleased. This photo was at the end of the night. I had bumped the 1 comb (almost forgot to get an after photo).
