I am so upset with the service at Dazzles with Nicole. I dyed my hair black and dyed my roots dark brown a few months ago, and asked her to color correct my hair to its natural color. She ended up bleaching my hair with toner, without touching the dark brown or the lighter natural hair. She made my hair blotchy, uneven, and many different colors throughout my entire head.
