I used the automatic car wash on Tuesday afternoon and was charged $14.95 twice on my credit card. I have called the number and left information and my contact details 8 times to no avail. Customer Service is non responsive. I could not recommend this business and will be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading. Anyone using this service is urged to check their credit card.

I came in 12.40pm today for the auto car wash , where I had to pay 14.95$ but the car wash don’t work . Tried calling the number multiple times but no luck . Knowing that it is a Sunday , I know it is outside working hours . But could you please process my refund ??
