They were late, unprepared, and dishonest. Moreover the end-result was disappointing to say the least- the makeup was cakey and clown-ish They made an event that was supposed to be happy and exciting into something stressful. They are just extremely unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend to anyone. Such a disappointing experience and a huge waste of money.
