Although the home health aide that was provided was kind, the professionalism of Ifeoma, the owner of Dazzle, was truly awful, making the overall experience with this company miserable. After an initial consult with the owner and the home health aide days prior, without my direct consent in any capacity, a home health aide was sent to my parent’s home to provide care for my Mother. I recently had the pleasure of using Dazzle Care Agency for home care services, and I was thoroughly impressed with their level of care and professionalism. The caregivers were all very kind and compassionate, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I highly recommend Ifeoma at Dazzle Healthcare! She is kind, professional, meticulous and most of all caring. She took great care of my dad everyday for 2.5 weeks and was a pleasure to have in our home. She took her job seriously and made sure to take detailed notes of his progress. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you, Ife!
