Bought a townhome 10 years ago. Water leaks in the furnace room. Had to replace the furnace. Roof leaks twice. Had to add roof cables due to poor roof design. Customer service non existent. Still trying to get new keys from the Portuguese manufacturer. Lovely space but......
I highly recommend that you contact Tarion about this builder. They built a faulty foundation for our home and although they were given several opportunities by Tarion to remedy the problem, Jack refused to cooperate. The repairs exceed $300,000.00. Although our contract was an agreement consisting of his trades on one side, and my trades on the other side, he was resentful, unresponsive to problems that arose, and resorted to petty behaviour.
