BEWARE! UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!! BEWARE!!! ONn May 11, 2926 we bought a DeWalt electric pressure washer. Used it one time. The next time I tried to use it, it kept shutting off when I pulled the trigger. We took it back to Dazeys with the tags still on it. When my husband ask if someone could look at it the lady in the service told him they don't work on DeWalt! REALLY? they will sell you something but after that you are on your own. Dani was awesome! We needed a new head for our Kobalt weed-eater. Of course we went to Lowe's with no luck. I tried to get online to find what I needed but was overwhelmed with choices and vague descriptions. She found exactly what we needed, and helped me order it from Lowe's (not even her store). She went above and beyond. Thank you Dani, the part came today and it was correct! You are amazing at your job!
Apparently because of new ownership prices have actually doubled I don't know how it's even possible. A chainsaw blade that used to cost 20 bucks now cost 40 bucks. The people at the service counter have a lot of attitude. Will not be returning.
