I’m so confused about these soft locs . The lady used a lighter to burn the ends the top 🧐 claimed my hair was tucked . They didn’t know how to wrap the hair down the braid, maybe it’s the culture . I know is this stuff is has unraveled . What did I pay my US dollars for ? She barely cleaned the loose hair up with the scissors. I don’t think they understood a word I said , but the owner (Bridgette) did .
I really appreciate the quality of the staff and I am very happy to go there every time to braid my hair 🥰
Can’t even call to get availability lady hung up on me
I do NOT recommend this shop. she was being pretty rude, her toilet was broken & she seen tissue in the toilet then tried to blame my friend & i. She stayed on her phone a lot, she also left my edges out but didn’t even attempt to do them & my braids are all different sizes and lengths. Do not go here.
