Had to call Richelieu for a specific door hinge and the lady was so rude and gave me the number for dayvan. I’m so lucky to have dealt with Darryl! The guy was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly! Had my part shipped in a day and my top corner cabinet has never looked so good! If it wasn’t for him I’d still be dealing with Home Depot reps who kept telling me to buy the wrong parts! Thanks for everything and give this guy a raise!
Staff in the showroom and back office were both amazing and solved a huge problem for me. They know their products cold and helped me find the best match for a part that I couldn't find a replacement for. Greatly appreciated! I will buy my hardware here in the future rather than deal with Home Depot which is a lost cause.

People who work here are not happy about their job!! I picked up my order today and I am so upset about the way I was treated!!! The staff are rude and don't seem to want to be bothered. This is unacceptable!
