Horrible auto shop please don’t take your car to them they tried tell me my cable seal are bad took it bacc to my original mechanic cause he was on vacation he took a look nothing was wrong with my seal they was telling me that i needed a new engine and my car wasn’t even at 100k miles yet and saying that they did half as job with my injectors they installed them but never coded them to my ecu which still makes my vehicle run bad took it to get it coded my car runs perfect now so please please stay away from this shop and sa... read more
My car had been at that shop getting repaired since the middle of September 2024. There were so many delays in getting my car fixed (engine), and poor communication. They claimed to have used 3 different engines. I kept getting the same information from the owner. They received money to fix my truck and never delivered the quality as promised. This has by far the worst car mechanic experience I've EVER been through. I brought car to this shop in the beginning of January for blown head gaskets. I was informed that the blocks were warped, and i needed a new engine. I took out a loan and was promised that the vehicle would be ready in about 5 days but at the 2 weeks. Since then, I've got nothing but the run around saying they are waiting on parts. They never answer the phone, and when you finally do, the excuse is they are still waiting on parts. I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The workers were very helpful and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. They assisted me with everything I needed and got my car fixed correctly the first time. Super reliable and professional definitely recommend.
