I have been there ocer a year ehen i first started the man who ran it ROB (director) was AMAZING since his departure in April the place went from 10stars to NO STARTS most the staff turned over Rob made you feel welcome he got to know all thr clients personally witch was welcoming anf made you want to come now yhat he is gone the staff changed the staff that remained there was a few and some there once nice damraner is now bitter the NEW director never met or talk to dont even know there name the whole feeling of the place h... read more

Been a client for almost 3 years. Absolute hell. The counselors are always leaving (wonder why)no one communicates with eachother. I had a kidney infection and was in contact with my counselor everyday all she said was bring my discharge paperwork then I called yesterday to CONFIRM so I wouldn’t be left sick today and she said have the nurse write the last dose given- I did that. Only people who care is the doctor and the nurses Counseling sucks bc all the good counselors leave. But this is a good place if u wanna use and be... read more

Where do I begin? Two years ago when I first was a patient here they had a doctor who didn’t condone still using on methadone she told me to get clean or I’m going to detox but their current staff seems not to care to much. As long as you have Medicaid you can pretty much do whatever you want.Between the people smoking drugs in the parking lot and they do not follow regulations like having a lockbox( they literally give you a plastic bag with your bottles in them.) I was a Patient there for approximately 9 months. A Wonderful Atmosphere and you’re surrounded by ppl who Really Care. Especially the Counselors, My Counselor in Particular. Her Name was Jenn. A Wonderful Person and an Absolute Dear young Lady. She was Extremely informative and Knows just how to make you feel Comfortable and Cared For. I was going through a Rough patch, but looked Forward to my meetings with her every week and Every time I left her office, I ALWAYS FELT BETTER AND FELT LIKE SOMEONE CARED..
