Joe was really helpful when it came to finding my policy through MNSure, and I greatly appreciate(d) his work, but when federal tax credits ended in 2022 and I needed some follow-up advice, he did not respond to repeated emails. I would have given five stars for his initial work, but the lack of follow-through was frustrating. I ended up having to find another broker to answer my question. She got back to me immediately and solved my question in a quick email.
