I brought my 22 Toyota Tundra in for a suspension lift, tires and fender flares. Matt was great at keeping me informed and he stayed within my budget. The truck turned out great! I’ve already scheduled another appointment with them to get my seats redone in leather. As advertised they can work on any make or model not just Dodge and Jeep.
Literal waste of time and caused planning and logistical b.s. that could/should have been avoided. Like, it seems like this place must be a front, and the point man, Carl, doesn’t actually do anything pertaining to custom car work. I needed to move in less than a month but wanted to have a few aftermarket exterior accessories installed on my Dodge Challenger that I had in storage, plus a hood and spoiler repaint, before the move. Doesn’t even deserve a one star! I took my truck to The Daytona Garage inside this dealership because of warranty reasons. I wanted my truck lifted and the only safe way to do it (guarantee my warranty) without losing my warranty was to do it here. Unfortunately, what was agreed upon wasn’t done. It was/has been a nightmare with them. They kept my truck 4days instead of the 5-6 hrs like they said. Made me pay remaining balance over the phone before they would drop it off. Customer service is outstanding, Trina in particular went an above and beyond helping me get the Jeep build that’s right for me. She made sure all the right parts were on order and on time and I was in and out quickly. There was a small problem with the bumper from the factory that could have derailed everything. Instead of just letting that happen she worked with her tech team to find a great solution until the factory could get a replacement.
