The dealership is beautiful! Very clean and I love the large waiting area, even a quiet room for those that want to get some work done or just have a quieter space. And there is a mini Chicken Salad Chick inside! My advisor was Karen and she was friendly and kind. She took great care of me and I’ll always use her as my tech for future appointments. I had a great experience with Daytona Toyota. My service rep Rad was awesome and explained everything and answered all of my questions. The updated service department area is very nice. I do however feel that the labor prices are too high and perhaps some of the material prices. Overall, I am completely satisfied with how I was treated and the service done on my 2016 Toyota Highlander.
The sevice advisor was very professional and very helpful.
I was impressed with the process....fast and easy.
