They kept my truck longer than expected and had problems with the loaner. As for the work done on hey did a good job.

I was told the last two times one hour oil change and rotate tires 2 1/2 hours later ready Would not have waited
under warranty maintenance and recall work told 3 hours and would get a loaner car but the work was for 1 and a half hours given no loaner car and had to wait for this service needed to be elsewhere and had to change my schedules .poor communications from the maintenance department
