Ari did a good job at taking care of my order and giving me advice on future service for my Tacoma
Ordered TRD brake pads back in August and paid for them then. Still haven't received any updates other than when I called months ago they said they were on backorder. Bottom line, don't list parts as available when you don't have them.

I am very disappointed with your service, I bought a part online and returned it because it was not the correct one for my car. Since 07/18/23 I am waiting for my money to be returned and I still have not received it. I have called them many times and they transfer my call to other offices where no one picks up the phone. I had a great experience with Daytona Toyota Parts Store, I ordered a part online, before I receive email for the order to pickup, I drove 45 minutes and reached the counter, the order was not yet processed but they helped me prioritize my online order and handed over the part. To replace the part I had to open couple of screws which required special tool, I requested and the service team quickly help me with that.
