I brought my Tacoma in for repairs from an accident and they dropped the ball in every way possible. I asked to order the parts before I drop off my truck to minimize my down time and when they finally agreed to do it, they did not order the parts that they knew would need to be ordered. After the work was done, I came to pick up my truck and the work was obviously not done correctly. 6 months after repaint rusting and paint flaking.. collision center completely blowing me off.. I would have gladly paid someone to paint it correctly.. let’s make em famous!
