Frustrating, impatient and rude. Wish former owner Mark was still running this establishment. Was very glad the woman in the office is no longer there. Seems they just need better staffing/communication skills.

We have been doing business with this company for the last two years and everything was great. Until today! Walked in because they ordered some boxes for us. They were our exclusive supplier. Needless to say that relationship is terminated as of today. The attitude we experienced was unsettling. The lady said with the worst attitude I experienced I didn’t order you anything and Harper on it. I gave her our company name and she continued with the attitude.
