Excellent customer service and very good prices. I purchased a couple of boxes, packing paper, packing tape, and a bubbles wrap roll. When I got home, I realized that I already had a bubbles wrap roll in the shed. I talked to them and they exchanged the roll for a couple of extra boxes. I highly recommend them, and I would definitely purchase from them again when needed.
Frustrating, impatient and rude. Wish former owner Mark was still running this establishment. Was very glad the woman in the office is no longer there. Seems they just need better staffing/communication skills.
