I rarely leave bad reviews but this is one that I feel is worthy. I bought a brand new custom built setup from these guys and regret it. I paid 12k for a trailer. Then after getting the trailer had to fix multiple things because it was thrown together improperly. Had loads of issues within the first day of using it and they told me "that is part of owning a business". They did not make an effort to fix anything and basically told me to deal with it. Best experience, i have learned that you will always need maintenance on your trailer... always!! and Phil is so good with working with me through every problem that comes up. I can not say enough about how much of a help he has been for me. the trailer is amazing.
