Shoutout to Harrison at the KTM shop right across from the main Daytona showroom He made the whole buying process incredibly easy. Negotiation on my trade-in and the final price was straightforward and fair, and he was super quick to reply to all my questions before and after the sale. Loving my new Duke!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Daytona Motorsports - KTM Showroom. I went in with a friend to purchase a motorcycle, but the entire interaction was highly unprofessional. The management was extremely rude, and the staff lacked basic knowledge regarding the technical specifications of the bikes. They failed to provide clear or adequate information to us as customers. My experience was very similar to what others have described here. I went in intending to buy a motorcycle, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency about certain costs and options. When I asked questions and raised concerns, I did not feel that the sales staff or management handled the situation professionally. Because of that experience, I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Customers deserve clear information and respectful treatment before making an expensive purchase.
