Awesome experience buying gear! Roger and Linda were super helpful, and actually approached me and asked how they could help (which is unfortunately rare for most motorcycle dealers tbh). I got a new helmet, helmet visor, boots and gloves. Thanks for actually approaching customers and being nice! It makes a big difference in this industry with so many dealerships ignoring women when they come in for help. Also lots of beautiful bikes here I was drooling over.
Took my 2013 Suzuki dl650 in because I had a wobble in my front tire, they took it for a ride to assess and the lady that called me while I was waiting had a bad attitude while telling me my front bearing was the worst they had ever seen in their entire lives and that I wouldn’t be able to take the bike home, I said that was ok, she quoted me around $600 for the fix and told me my front brakes needed replacing immediately and I told her I could do that myself. Such a great dealership! Patrick in sales is a great source of information and will help you find the right bike and the right deal. I dealt with the clothing & accessories department, finance and the shop as well, and everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to buy another bike here again. A phenomenal selection of Suzuki and Yamaha.
Working with Patrick and Marie was a wonderfully easy process in acquiring my new ride. Don’t tell my wife but I’ll be back for another one.
