Upon returning to the service center to have the new issue diagnosed, the technician simply inspected the battery cablesâa step I had already taken myself. Would not serve my Kia Even though itâs still in manufacture warranty since it has not bought with them . Also terrible and rude customer serviceÂ
Excellent experience. They had me in and out in 1 hour with 4 new tires, oil change and inspectionÂ
Didnât check oil and just marked good on multipoint inspection car was running on 1qt of oil not even enough to reach bottom of dipstick. No cameras to review footage of service techs doing the work but theyâve âbeen doing this for 20+ years and trust they never mess upâ as though people donât make mistakes and forget things. Take your car here if you want your engine to blow up from a lack of oil and misdiagnose the problem with your vehicle.Â
