I sat there for 2 hours, while watching each one come and go, so over crowded. It was hot, and some were uncomfortable. I was suppose to see my doctor, but didn't. Some of the workers were frustrated with eachother because of not enough staff.
Dr. Rao is always caring of your needs & is very knowledgeable about your health status. I've been seeing Dr. Rao for over 15 years along with my late husband & rest of family. He's the best.

I was seeing my doctor and witnessed the nurse for DHG in Edgewater tell a handicap man in a wheelchair that she was "too busy" to help him into the bathroom. She did end up having to help and huffed and made rude remarks while she quickly tried getting him in the door. He had 1 arm, and that 1 arm was in a sling. The man was completely unable to get in the door himself. The entire lobby was disgusted by her behavior to a handicap person. Have some compassion working in the medical field.
