The tattoo parlor the actual work was good and looked clean however customer service was terrible would never recommend it and I spent over $100 and I wanted to talk about a tattoo and the guy couldn't be bothered so maybe even one star

I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! The staff in this shop are rude, unfriendly and lack serious customer service skills and do crap tattoos that they won't even fix when they mess them up unless you want to pay more money!! So they want you to pay for their screw ups..I even had one of the male artists make fun of one of my tattoos on my leg which is one of my tattoos that get the most compliments from complete strangers!! I wish I could give zero stars!!! I received a bad tattoo. I attempted to get it fixed by the artist, Becca. She did not honor one appointment; I showed up for it and she was working on someone else. Then she set an appointment with me 2 weeks later and did not show up. I emailed the owner and explained the situation and he was out of town. He asked that I text him the week he returned.
