Mistakenly booked the wrong date through booking.com! Paid at the hotel for the correct night. Hotel will not refund me! Now we have paid TWICE! Booking. Come said the hotel could refund - but they wont! They took out money for the wrong date booked plus the correct date, they wont trims us knowing we couldnt stay!! Beware!!!

Do NOT book with them. I booked a non-refundable reservation through a 3rd party for the incorrect dates on accident. I first called the hotel directly and asked if I could transfer the money to another date. The hotel claimed they could not do anything to the reservation because it was through a 3rd party. They told me to contact the 3rd party to move it. Overall my stay at Daytona was okay. It wasn't horrible but not the best. We definitely didn't get our money's worth. The positives during our stay at Daytona Grande was cleanliness, beach front view and beach access. The breakfast buffet, lunch menu was okay but the dinner items were lackluster. The noise level was terrible. The people next door to us was literally kicking and hitting the walls followed by screams/cries. I called the front desk but nothing was done.
