I had a very negative experience with this business. My husband went in to sell an item and was met with unnecessary hostility and disrespect. The interaction escalated to the point where the staff member used inappropriate language, which was completely unprofessional. On top of that, the offer given felt unfair and misleading. Overall, the experience came across as dishonest and poorly handled. Customer service and professionalism were seriously lacking. I would not recommend doing business here.
