My goal was to "buy" myself more time in a home that I love in Winter Park where all the bedrooms are upstairs. Dawn, Rick and Daytona Elevator delivered so much more than I expected and exceeded my very high expectations. Their service is professional, seamless, caring, and expertly knowledgeable. Everyone who sees/rides in the elevator marvels at how wonderful it looks and operates. I can't recommend these folks highly enough!
I've had my elevator for 15+ years now with almost 0 trouble. I've even moved it from one state to another which Dawn and Rick orchestrated for me. They are lovely caring people who've created me more like a friend than a customer. I can't say enough bro tell you this ongoing relationship has been great. Dealing with Dona and her husband was just perfect, we cannot say enough about the Elevator with out this we would have sold our beautiful bay front home my wife cannot use the staircase any more so we looked and looked and found the perfect elevator and wow it makes our house.
