I felt very disrespected and threatened by the owner John. I had a 7am appointment and was traveling from debary. He told me by text that my car would be done in 3 hours and never mentioned that I was being squeezed in or that he had other clients ahead of me. He kept pushing my car aside for his high end clients prolonging my wait time and was very condescending to me and made me feel as if my time wasn't valued because I dont own a BMW and that my car looked like crap.
